We had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location of this place was perfect, as it was close to the subway and allowed for easy access to all the main attractions. We appreciated the amenities provided, from the dry cleaning and laundry services to the in-room facilities such as heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making abilities. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist us during our stay here. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and coziness of the room, which had all the necessary amenities like a refrigerator, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The hotel even had a public bath, which was a nice touch after a long day of exploring. we truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful designed and stylish hotel located in a perfect area near to a night market and JR train station, Osaka Castle and shopping street and subway, restaurants, cafes, local market. Compact room, trendy with excellent value for money and a phone, for example, helpful staff. Exceptionally nice and incredible location for our visit to a public park not very far from the property.

Thoroughly enjoyed Osaka, the hotel was beautifully decorated to tourist locations. Tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge in my a single room were a very thoughtful addition. The bed was very comfy and I had a private bathroom. The location was particularly good - only a short distance to everywhere I wanted to go.
